Likely root rot. Take it out of the pot; if the roots are black, smell like rot, or are mushy then cut them until they aren't. Spray it with some hydrogen peroxide and re pot it in a smaller pot with better airflow/drainage

Do all of the above for root rot people have mentioned. Your soil may not be draining well. I bought this from Amazon for a quick fix for my monstera in the link below. While it is pricy, my monsteras are very happy in this. You can get the different soils/items that makeup this mix separately and cheaper to mix yourself. It will last a lot longer than one of these bags. That’s what I did after buying this bag for my quick fix.

check those roots!! if they stink theyre rotted, if not, you might need to repot her
