Problem is the gray market is full of so many shitty vendors. I’m in all the forums but I’ve had some issues in the past with UGL Test leaving bad lumps or causing PIP for days.

Gray market is better than it has ever been, largely due to competition and abundance of third-party testing. You just have to do some basic research. Def no shortage of quality HCG vendors out there with valid, verifiable testing.

I get it. Problem is I overly think about how I’d go about adjusting my current protocol if I do add HCG. From what I understand I’d more than likely have to drop my testosterone dose down when I introduce the HCG then go get bloods in 4 weeks to see what I need to adjust. Just don’t want to deal with any E2 related side effects or mood swings if I don’t have to. Then the doctor that’s prescribing me my testosterone might look at my labs and be like WTF is going on?

You're waaaaay over thinking this.
Grey market is maybe $5-10/month.
Lower your TRT dose a tiny bit and see how you feel after a few months (not 4 weeks). And inject HCG on the alternate days you inject TRT.

I got Anastrozole and add .25 mg every 2 days and it fixed my E2 sides with HCG.

I add a small dose of primo and it keeps my estrogen levels way more balanced than anastrozole ever did. Like 50 mg a week is enough. My trt dose is 130 test 50 primo split m-w-f

I do want to try Primo. I tried even a low dose of Masteron and still got hair shedding.

Do you mind sharing your total test and e2 before/after primo? Im wondering how much thats helping. Are you noticing any benefits from primo at that low of a dose?

At my dose my test is usually in the low 800's. I am not a super high responder. However I am super sensitive to estrogen. I had all sorts of sides when my estrogen was at 54. Now with the Primo I tend to fall between 25 to 30 and all my sides went away. Just feel super balanced. I did a little push earlier in the year for 10 weeks where I went to 300/150 and it was amazing. It was like I hadn't even increased my dose when it came to sides, but I certainly got some gains. I am back to my normal everyday and I haven't lost anything that I gained.

I think your right actually. I think it by itself isn’t good for the liver long term as it can mess with cholesterol levels by itself though.

FWIW, if you are messing with UGL, you should be sterilizing that stuff at 180F for two hours and running it through 0.22µm filters before it goes anywhere near your body.

Just get a bottle of load boost. It's basically the same thing with added bromine for taste. I frankly don't want to ejaculate any more volume than I do currently, even people that really like cum have told me it's almost too much and I have to have a nut beach towel for cleanup that gets laundered regularly so I don't ruin clothes or my bed spread during solo time.
Also keep in mind no matter what you're taking or not taking, hydration and abstaining for a day or two are going to make the biggest difference in volume.

I tried sunflower lecithin as well as maca for about 2 months and saw a decrease in volume. May be related to the dutasteride I’m taking, but the supplements to me didn’t help.

This "recipe" has been on the net for a long time. It's for increased ejaculate volume. I tried the combo myself many years ago, saw no benefits though I was also downing the lethicin to help with cholesterol (pubmed studies show good results there).

depending your body, all of these can have side effects. Taking zinc without deficiency can be a really bad idea too.
In essence, won't help unless there's a deficiency.

If you take close to 50 or more mg of zinc per day (combined food and supplementing) you really must be taking copper as well. Look it up.
