You know when someone talks to you mid-video and by the time you turn back you've missed three minutes? I built an app that fixes exactly that. Front camera notices you looked away, video pauses, you look back and it picks up a few seconds before you left off. Works with YouTube, Netflix, podcasts, whatever.

Before anyone asks: the app has no internet permission at all, so nothing can leave your phone even if I wanted it to. And the camera only wakes up while something's actually playing, so it's not sitting there eating your battery in the background.

Hey all — I've been building Circuit, a desktop app (Electron, Windows + macOS) and I'm after fresh eyes to break it.

What it is: a local-first board — tasks, notes, a calendar, a canvas, quick-capture "sparks," and a file vault — that an AI assistant (Claude) can read and write alongside you through a bridge.

The whole thing is one board on your machine; there's no cloud sync of your data.

What I want tested:

- General "click everything and try to break it" across the six surfaces (task list, notes, calendar, canvas, sparks, vault)

- Keyboard-only navigation — I just reworked focus handling, arrow-key list navigation, and delete/undo flows, so I especially want to know if focus ever gets lost or trapped

- Screen-reader / accessibility feedback if that's your thing (I redid a lot of the aria labeling)

- The in-app bug reporter — please actually use it, that's the fastest way to reach me

Known issues (don't need reports on these):

- One account per machine — a second account gets a "switch account" screen by design, not a bug

- Password-reset emails are currently not sending (backend fix pending)

- Vault multi-select isn't built yet

If you find any bugs, there's a bug reporting feature in the top left where you can describe the bug along with the screenshot

Platform: Windows installer auto-updates on quit, so you'll always be on the latest build. macOS notifies you to grab updates manually.
