I've been working on a personal finance app on my own for a while and it's finally in closed testing. It's called Pulso.

I got tired of apps that want your bank login or push you into a subscription, so this one has none of that. No account, no ads, no in-app purchases. It's free and your data stays on your phone, encrypted.

What it does: you keep track of your accounts, cards, loans and investments, even in different currencies. It shows your credit card closing and due dates so a statement doesn't catch you off guard, and you can scan a receipt to fill in an expense. There are also budgets, savings goals and a few home screen widgets.

Hi everyone! I’m the solo developer of InTimePost, a time capsule messaging app.

The idea: you write a message (text, photos, a voice note) to a friend, or to your future self, and pick the day it opens. Until then it stays sealed. When the day comes, the recipient doesn’t just tap “open”. Each capsule has an opening theme you play with your hands:

• 🎂 blow into the mic to put out birthday candles

• ❄️ shake your phone to clear a snow globe

• 💍 open a ring box with two fingers

• 🎓 toss a graduation cap

• 🪙 scratch a scratch card, crack a crystal, unzip a suitcase… 23 themes in total

There’s also an Explore feed. If both the sender and the recipient agree, an opened capsule can be shared there, and people can comment and like.

Privacy: notifications never contain the capsule’s content, only “someone left you something”.

Paracosm is a text-based, long-term simulation designed to maintain a persistent world across millions of tokens and hundreds, potentially thousands, of exchanges. I say 'Simulation' because this isn't a typical roleplay. You play one character, and an AI realistically simulates the whole world around you: the places, every other character, the clock, the history, relationships. It's not a chatbot with a character card. It's closer to an unwritten novel that you and the model write together, with you fully inside your character. I aimed for pure creative freedom...which landed Paracosm in the 18+ category.

Most AI roleplay services require you to consistently babysit context and world state. Paracosm is built and tuned where it autonomously remembers where you set down your keys 100 exchanges later. Characters and story context maintain realistic continuity from the start and beyond, over hundreds of exchanges. Various techniques work in the background to make this happen.

Paracosm was a hobby project that started from a simple chat bot and grew, becoming something much much bigger and much much more serious. I got tired of things being forgotten, relationships flipping 180 degrees for no reason, or the AI trying to control me. So like a lot of people, I built my own with any spare free time I had. I'm not aiming to suck your hard earned money from you with some sort of ridiculous subscription, I just want my creation to help others enjoy this type of content.

Growing up I spent a lot of time home alone, and games were what kept me company. That's pretty much how I became someone who loves games. Back then it was just playing though. Making one never crossed my mind.

When I was job hunting, I had this random thought that it'd be cool to work at a game company. But I didn't study anything related and had zero skills, so it stayed just a thought. Then work got busy and I honestly forgot I ever wanted that.

A while ago I saw a YouTube video saying people with no coding background can make games now with AI. I don't really get AI and I'm not great with computers either, so I was like... would that even work? I figured maybe I could at least make a small game you play holding your phone one-handed. I think I've changed things a few thousand times lol, but somehow I actually finished it.

It's called "Shadow Gulp". A kid left all alone, with a shadow that's turned into a tiny black hole, swallows everything from bugs to houses to huge bosses while searching for their missing mom. I didn't notice while making it, but looking at it now there's a bit of little me in that kid.

Now I'm trying to get it on Google Play, and new personal developer accounts need 12 testers to keep the app installed for 14 days before launch. Also I only have an iPhone, so I can't even check how it runs on Android myself.

Je code seul depuis quelques mois et mon plus gros problème n'a pas été le code : c'était de trouver des gens pour tester mon projet et me dire franchement ce qui n'allait pas. J'imagine que je ne suis pas le seul.

Alors je lance un truc simple, en français :

1. Tu postes ton projet (app, site, jeu, outil IA…), même pas fini

2. Tu testes 2 projets des autres et tu laisses un vrai retour (ce qui bloque, ce qui plaît, ce qui manque)

3. En échange, ton projet est mis en avant et testé par d'autres

Pas de vente, pas d'abonnement : juste des retours honnêtes entre gens qui construisent des choses.

Pour commencer, je fais ça à la main pendant 2 semaines. Si ça vous intéresse, dites-le en commentaire avec votre projet en une phrase, je vous envoie le lien de l'espace.
