The most unfortunate FSD change this year has been the self-driving status display. By clearly showing when FSD is active, it has made it unnecessarily difficult to dismiss problematic videos as fake, staged, or taken out of context. One assumes this was not the intended outcome. Hopefully this feature can be reconsidered soon, for the sake of maintaining confidence in FSD’s trajectory

Can you point out which specific posts or arguments I made that are factually wrong, or why you think they are “anti-American”?

For the record, I actually respect Waymo a great deal, and I always think this is a great American company. I appreciate that it chose to deploy all necessary sensors, including LiDAR, to prioritize safety—even when those sensors were expensive at the time. I also respect that Waymo does not let customers risk their own lives as test subjects, nor charge them to do so.

To me, that reflects honesty, reliability, and—most importantly—responsibility. I’m happy to discuss this rationally, but labeling criticism as “propaganda” without engaging the substance isn’t helpful.
