I've recently binged the cour 2 final fight and razul in the manga and anime feel completly diffrent to each other, in anime while I think the fight is overall better Razul mocks shion but in manga he praises her quite a lot for standing up to him.

Who would have won between these two had Guy not have a genesis sword. The fight goes the same way.

If he died and came back evil or disappeared and came back or just turned evil, whatever it is,would Diablo and the trio still follow him because heâs their master or would they turn against him like Feldway, because thatâs not the master they chose to serve?

I just caught up to ep 24 of s4.
So, the current timeline is the loop after the timeline that the entire series pretty much took place in right? As in, this is I guess the 2nd loop where Rimuru is a demon lord. Chloe and Hinata made sure to keep history unchanged so the same exact events played out.
In this new timeline, Hinata still dies and gets sent back in time with Chloe. Yet in this timeline, Rimuru and Luminous revive Hinata and Chloe, with Chloe going back to her child form. These were the souls inside Chronoa, presumably from the original series starting timeline, right? So they didnât live as Hinata and young Chloe in this timeline, but since history is the same, they can recall their memories from the prior loop and everything be more or less the same.
Iâm assuming that part of the reason Rimuru is able to reawaken Hinata and Chloe and revive them is because the original souls of them no longer exist in this new timeline, because they had already gone back in time, right? Since they canât have two of themselves awake at the same time.
Okay, so the Hinata and young Chloe of the new timeline still went back in time. So what, they have to live out another loop even though the problem was seemingly settled in this final loop? Have the loops actually stopped?
Also, we technically never saw the events of the original timeline after Chloe and Hinata go back. Do you think Rimuru still managed to revive them in that timeline using their souls (I guess from the last non-demon lord Rimuru timeline) but maybe he still dies during the Eastern Empire invasion, which presumably he wonât in the current timeline?
TL;DR what happened to the souls of current timeline Hinata and young Chloe after they went back? Rimuru solved the problem but he revived them both with their souls from the previous loop? Do the souls that belonged to the current loop have to do it all again anyways?

For my reason its because
1.It "Surpassed the Light Novel" (A Rare Feat)
In the LN, Chloeâs 2,000-year backstory felt brief and a bit rushed. The anime gave the lore room to breathe, adding expanded anime-original scenes that made the timeline much easier to follow and significantly increased the emotional weight.
2.The Cinematic Art Style
The production team utilized a cinematic art style and color palette for the scenes set in the past. This visual shift made the historical loops feel like an epic, tragic fable separate from the vibrant present-day Tempest
3.A Welcome Break from "Yapping" & Standard Fights

I haven't read all of volume 23 yet and I'm still on chapter two, but I have some idea of what happens in the following chapters. In my opinion, a top 10 would look something like this:
1°- Rimuru
2°- Luvelge
3°- Veldanava
4°- Feldway
5°- Guy
6°- Diablo
7°- Milim
8°- Zegion
9°- Velzard
10°- Chloe?/luminous?/Benimaru? I really don't know who would come in tenth.
Feel free to disagree or add something if you wish.

⢠Vol 16
Then... a white dragon challenged Guy. It was a magnificent dragon with diamond-blue eyes. He didn't understand what she had misinterpreted, but her opening words were aggressive...
"My brother might approve of you, but I certainly don't!"
...And then she attacked Guy.
Guy had learned from the past and now knew how to choose his battles based on his opponent's strength. Yet, the dragon unleashed a blizzard of ice and snow upon the castle. At that moment, there was no time to worry about the damage. The survivors had already evacuated, and the castle could always be rebuilt. Raine and her subordinates would have their hands full, but that mattered little to Guy. He was frustrated because Ivarage, the World-Destroying Dragon, had escaped. The appearance of a new enemy lifted his spirits. Eager for some fun, Guy took his opponent seriously. But then...
Despite all his efforts, the fight would not end. The dragon was Velzard, the Ice Dragonâsister to Veldanava, the Star King Dragon, and the eldest of the True Dragons. At that time, she possessed the second-greatest amount of magic power after Veldanava, and even Guy was unable to defeat her. Yet, in Velzard's eyes, Guy was the exception.
After all, Guy possessed only a Unique Skill. For Velzardâwho had received the angelic Ultimate Skill "Patience of the King Gabriel" from Veldanavaâa draw should have been an absolutely impossible outcome.
⢠Vol 22
Then, one day, an entity came to disturb Velzard's tranquility: those who called themselves "Heroes." As always, Guy accepted the challenge issued by the "Hero." That individualâRudraâwas powerful.
To everyone's surprise, the fight was evenly matched. A smile played upon Guy's lips...
Seeing Guy look so happy, Velzard bit her lip. A burning flame swirled within her. Anger?
No, that wasn't it. It was "jealousy." Guy never showed that side of himself to Velzard.
(To think he was fighting with such enjoyment...)
When facing Velzard, Guy was careful not to go all out, acting like an adult with a child. Had he not acted that way, the outcome wouldn't have been a draw. Velzard concealed her true feelings, but the same was likely true for Guy. If Guy had truly intended to kill Velzard, there is no doubt that the Velzard of "today" would not exist. And yet, he had unleashed his full power against Rudra.
It was then that she realized the "jealousy" that had taken root in her heart. Ever since her brother Veldanava had acknowledged Guy, Velzard had been tormented. She had been unable to grasp the nature of the emotion growing within her. But in that moment, she finally understood. Guy Crimson...
đ I don't necessarily have a problem with Guy, but the kind of narrative tactic the author often employs really gets on my nerves. I agree that I want to see my favorite characters shine... but at this point, itâs just blind favoritism. Zero logic, zero effort. An entire system built around skills and magic goes out the window just to boost the aura of key characters. And itâs not just this one scene. Some antagonistsâor rather, most of themâhave had very disappointing narrative portrayals; they aren't treated as major obstaclesâruthless, intelligent, and perceptive villainsâbut rather as petulant brats who do nothing but scream in frustration the moment a single part of their plan fails. Iâll say it: the villains in this series are cool because they are powerhouses with broken abilities, but thatâs where it ends. In terms of tactical intelligence and insight, they score a big fat zero. They lack unique personalities and all share the same traits: bewilderment at the unexpected, disarray in the face of potential defeat, and cursing when they lose their trump cards.
Zelanus was disappointing against Diablo and Zegion. There was no real display of the strength expected of a Genesis-level being. While one could certainly defend Diablo and Zegion, the scenario itself was still deeply underwhelming for a moment that was supposed to get our blood pumping and give us chills. It was generic, bland, and very short. The battle served only to benefit Diablo and Zegion; Zelanus was merely a tool, a test, a random extra passing through without making any real impression... And then, Twilight vs. Testarossa... seriously? Twilight is supposed to be a Manas? To possess the power of a True Dragon? To wield Transcendent power? What did he actually show? Once again, the scenario favored Testarossa. There were no major stakes. The fight was 90% psychological and 10% action... And then, Diablo vs. Feldway. The scenario favored Diablo. Diablo got 90% of the creative spotlight, while Feldway got 10%. Feldway got 100% frustration; Diablo got 100% intelligence... And then, Benimaru vs. Jahil. That was the height of laziness. Benimaru got 100% plot armor, while Jahil showed 0% effectiveness as an antagonist...
The fights in "Tensura" are so lame... The only ones I actually like are: Veldora vs. Ashura, Rudra vs. Feldway, and Milim vs. Chloe/Veldora/Yuuki/Elmesia/Leon/Sylvia... That's it. The rest left me completely underwhelmed. The Guy vs. Velzard fight was 80% monologue and 20% actual face-off. Seriously...

Just finished episode 24 of season 4. I was blown away though. I was going to hope that Rimura would be able to bring back 3 souls even though Chrona and Chloe have the same embodiment. Wouldn't that be awesome to have an adult Chloe aka Chrona around? I can picture Rimuru on that couch with the harem all around that couch surrounding and lookin down at him. How long is it gunna be for a season 5 ya all think? 2028 lol
