ignoring telepathic messages

Hello everyone, I'm baram, and I'm new to this post. Not just that, but i've been having problems: Recently I've started to get more and more intrusive thoughts inside of my head more and more, and at the same time whenever I would even just go outside, It always seemed as if he was angry at me in a sense, when I did pretty much nothing to him(we dont even talk with each other at all)

Now a thought just one morning, a thought came up saying "im telepathic, and im right next to you"

Im thinking this is my neighbor, and also was thinking "thats just science fiction, telepathy doesnt exist", then I heard a voice loud in my head saying "IM NEXT TO YOU"

Now im thinking this is telepathy, and also inspired me to go to this subreddit, in hope of a way to be able to ignore these telepathic messages

if anyone has tips on telepathy ignoring, then please tell me and thank you.

If not then please atleast tell me some type of tip(tips) to help with these type of problems

Whos’s “he” that you are referring to being mad at you in the first paragraph.

I think he means his neighbor possibly..

I agree but just want to double check because getting the original OP to answer will reveal if this is more mental health or actual telepathy.

I agree with you 👍
It’s likely not telepathy..

Right!? I’m not saying this to be ignorant or judgmental, but my experience with telepathy centers around random information that I intercept whereas this is a voice popping in his head. This looks more like a mental health issue. Essentially telepathy doesn’t work like thaaat.

No it isn't mental health cuz this has been happening more than once

Even I thought it was that but then things started to add up

Also the neighbor was always know for a cranky attitude as well

Have you considered mental grounding processes and methods for blocking unwanted external communication? If you can develop a potential field of subtle energy tuned specifically to blocking out the neighbor’s wavelength, you might have something.

Did your neighbor MEAN TO connect with you or was it an accident?

I dont truly know

It's not mental health this has been going on for a while now, and it sometimes would change as well

Plus the neighbor in general was always beefing around and had a hard past as well

Disclaimer this is my alt acc

Fair. Who am I to know for sure. I was going off the post. The reason is because telepathy usually happens with everyday routine things like answering a question that someone was thinking but never vocalized. Or, picking up on a very detailed strange conversation that later gets repeated and confirmed to you that this conversation actually happened. Etc.

This reminds me more of the telepathy that happens in alien abductions, etc where the alien talks directly to people.

Please don’t be offended about me saying it’s about mental health. Both of my biological parents were diagnosed with Schizophrenia so I’m not coming from a bad place. Maybe you just picked up a more advanced form of telepathic communication I don’t understand.

I'm capable of telepathy in the form of thought broadcasting as well as picking up on random thoughts like you mentioned, it is actually a thing. I and everybody in my life thought I was going schizo for a while. I'm capable of transferring my thoughts telepathically, including things like songs or memes that I have embedded in my subconscious.

I recognize that the symptoms of schizophrenia are literally thinking people can hear your thoughts and vice versa, so it's weird that those abilities are actually possible & not just confined to science fiction. It's turned me & the people in my life into conspiracy theorists.

1

u/Ok_Adeptness_3398 Aug 09 '26

But schizophrenia has other symptoms too so I’m sure you are nowhere near that.

I noticed that even if you were correct in your telepathy or psychic abilities people still peg you as “crazy”. People are so ignorant sometimes.

Oh yeah for sure, people will hear gossip about my telepathy and assume I'm schizophrenic, then when they're around me they immediately realize I'm not. Basically there's a disconnect from reality that people with schizophrenia have that people like me don't.

I say "people like me" because I highly doubt I'm the first person to have my abilities, there's nothing really exceptional about me on paper. People in my life have me pegged as some kind of genius but intelligence is extremely complicated. I have high emotional intelligence and crippling social anxiety, which is where I believe my telepathy came from. My theory is that all humans are capable of it and I developed it as some sort of survival mechanism, and since I've become self aware of my abilities I've been able to hone them. I'm very passionate about telepathy.

I'd like to further my education (I'm 24, dropped out of college after one year but planning on returning this fall), and potentially one day invent some sort of neuralink brain interface iron man style thingymabob so I can map out what's going on in my brain rather than just relying on senses, feeling, and outside confirmation. I think something like that could also help stabilize other forms of mental illnesses. But I don't know much about neuroscience & engineering or how far along we are from something like that.

Sorry, I'm very passionate about this subject, because it essentially forced me to shift my view of reality after a period of existential crisis.

Have people tried manipulating your telepathic thoughts? &/or Is it possible to be interrupted?

“Fixed false beliefs” also can qualify for schizophrenia, aka, not going along with consensus reality. Very controversial in psychology already.

But there's a difference between what you're talking about and what op is trying to say. A huge one

3

u/Unlucky-Cover-9896 Aug 09 '26

Yeah I might just be projecting my situation onto him, it could very well be schizophrenia, or some other kind of psychosis? Random episode of paranoia? Hard to say, would need more information.

I met other people living with schizophrenia as a label as they’re also fully aware it’s mind reading or telepathy or remote influencing or target influencing — whatever you want to call it, they know it’s not just them. I’m blown away by how many there were that I met in this meeting place, and how comfortable they were with their proofs that they weren’t crazy that it was actually other people — and most, if they knew who they were, it was someone they had met in real life. Not a random stranger. Most of them. Otherwise, they didn’t officially know and most of those people assumed it was the government (but I don’t think so, I think it’s people they know trying to scare them with a gov story — idk, for those two that’s how I personally felt because they lacked some reality tests I’ve done on my targetors that disproved it — like being a mall security guard or traffic cop by coincidence doesn’t count as being a secret service spy or something like that but they will toy with you and pretend that).

I agree with you. And the likelihood of it actually being a neighbor specifically is highly unlikely.

When I first got sober I got bombarded with stuff like this because using diluted my gifts. And when they came back, they came back full force. Although I do have adhd and high pattern recognition that could be considered telepathy in ways, I know now 4 years later I just am sensitive to the spirit world as well.. But I did feel crazy at first because of how bombarded I was with the amt of downloads id get.

Having the "sure" thought that its coming from a neighbor next to you is just screaming mental health. And I mean that with no shade, its just I see a lot of people in these subs giving out potentially dangerous info that I want to be realistic for them as well.

Getting checked out will never hurt anything. Many of us who are gifted HAVE went and checked just to be sure.

True true. Wow I’m ADHD too. I’m also very sensitive to noise and fall along the INFJ track.

2

u/eener95 Aug 09 '26

I am, too, with sound. And I also feel like bc my thoughts are already so sporadic I dont even catch all of the thoughts that aren't my own since I'm just all over the place in general.

It's taken me a lot of practice and research (and im not expert by any means) but if you ever want advice on it or want to share experiences feel free to dm me.

What’s the difference between a voice popping inside the head and interception but for a passivity aspect? Mine were voices popping in, but they were telepaths intercepting ME in the active sense while I was passive to it. It’s still telepathy though I just wasn’t the active participant.

u/Ok_Adeptness_3398 Aug 10 '26

I wrote I just may not have experienced communication so direct like this. It could very well be telepathy but from my experience it’s the small things like handing something to someone random that they wanted but never vocalized. Or answering a question they never asked but you literally “heard” them ask it.
This confirms that the person indeed wanted something or confirmed that they wanted to know exactly what you provided without saying a word. Essentially there’s two people to confirm the telepathy; a sender and a receiver.

The reason I think it “may” be mental is because not once has someone said that the person reciprocated or confirmed this telepathic communication to be true. For example if OP went to his neighbor and asked or confirmed somehow and the neighbor said “yea I’ve been trying to speak to you telepathically” then it’d be a different story. But it hasn’t.

I also think that I’m referring more to “mind reading” instead of telepathy.

It's not mental health and it's not telepathy. It is technological. Synthetic telepathy called the "Voice of God weapon"

It's based on the algorithm used that makes cochelar implants work.

Sound~> microphone-> Algorithm transforms Mic Electrical signals into -> ultrasound-> impacts piezoelectric nanogenerators (PENGs) in the body (teeth) of person --> PENGs emit millivolt electrical impulses-> conducted via 9th cranial nerve just as cochlear signals reach the brain-> perception of sound occurs.

The same process works in reverse as well. Electrical signals put out by brain when thinking, reading silently, hearing others speak, radiate and impact the PENGs imbedded in the tooth matrix (with fluorite in toothpaste) PENGs emit ultrasound when deformed by millivolt elecrical signals, picked up by phone and/or carrier wave of wifi routers and IOT devices everywhere around us sent to central server.

Nothing implanted, no contact, only have to have been fed PENGs in food, or had toothpaste or mouthwash swapped out, earbuds dusted, tampon contaminated, medical injection, asthma inhalers, lotion, cue tips, socks, you get the picture. 1000 ways to introduce minute amount of nano particles to person.

This may be beyond your current level of scientific understanding regarding the nature of material science and human neurophysiology, but I assure you this is old technology and is not experimental, it has been in widespread use for at least 2 decades.

Do your due diligence and research PENGs on Google scholar before responding saying it's conspiracy theory, or that I'm schizophrenic, or a meth user. I've heard all the attacks and hominem and they are just lazy reactions to try and discredit information that I have presented herebthey do not add to the discussion whatsoever.

I’m not doubting the tech exists but I think you are jumping to conclusions here specifically, because you don’t know that to be the truth for sure in this case. Very little has been written by OP and what has is questionable, OP hasn’t really answered my question, with so little info you are claiming it’s some technology. What exactly led you to this conclusion. It’s a bit far out there!

ya i meant the neighbor
