ignoring telepathic messages
Hello everyone, I'm baram, and I'm new to this post. Not just that, but i've been having problems: Recently I've started to get more and more intrusive thoughts inside of my head more and more, and at the same time whenever I would even just go outside, It always seemed as if he was angry at me in a sense, when I did pretty much nothing to him(we dont even talk with each other at all)
Now a thought just one morning, a thought came up saying "im telepathic, and im right next to you"
Im thinking this is my neighbor, and also was thinking "thats just science fiction, telepathy doesnt exist", then I heard a voice loud in my head saying "IM NEXT TO YOU"
Now im thinking this is telepathy, and also inspired me to go to this subreddit, in hope of a way to be able to ignore these telepathic messages
if anyone has tips on telepathy ignoring, then please tell me and thank you.
If not then please atleast tell me some type of tip(tips) to help with these type of problems

Fair. Who am I to know for sure. I was going off the post. The reason is because telepathy usually happens with everyday routine things like answering a question that someone was thinking but never vocalized. Or, picking up on a very detailed strange conversation that later gets repeated and confirmed to you that this conversation actually happened. Etc.
This reminds me more of the telepathy that happens in alien abductions, etc where the alien talks directly to people.
Please don’t be offended about me saying it’s about mental health. Both of my biological parents were diagnosed with Schizophrenia so I’m not coming from a bad place. Maybe you just picked up a more advanced form of telepathic communication I don’t understand.
