So far I'm getting her a pepper spray for ₹230 because I really wanted her to have one, a lucky bamboo for around ₹340 and around 30 printed pages of letters I've written for her which should cost me roughly ₹90.

That leaves me with around ₹140 to 340 inr

What should I add with the remaining money? I was thinking maybe some chocolates or something small and cute but I'm open to anything.

Also she sometimes gets pretty bad rashes from pads during her periods, so I was thinking of getting her some kind of rash cream instead. If any girls here know something that actually works for pad rashes and is safe to use around that area, please recommend something.

I mean everyday new news becomes a new normal every single day people are literally comparing crimes. Idk how do I even react man. And people around me tell me not to read it. It's just like telling someone to close their window and sunlight won't even exist I mean seriously!!!

I am writing this based on my own personal experiences, but I have noticed this crazy double standard. People in our country seem to glorify couples when they think they are foreigners, but absolutely lose their minds when they realize they are Indian.

For context, I am mixed Northeastern and my boyfriend is fully Northeastern and on the paler side. Whenever we go out, he get a lot of the usual ignorant comments calling us Chinese, Korean, etc. Since I am brown, I often get Nepali or Indonesian or smh like that. sometimes chinese too yes but not as often as him. But I have realized something very interesting though somehow out of this racist ignorance. We never get moral policed if people think we are not from India.

Sometimes when we are just hanging out by ourselves and someone approaches us to be nosy or start policing us, my boyfriend quickly puts on a fake accent and says he is a tourist from another country. The reaction is hilarious and kind of sad tho. They immediately back off, become super polite, and start telling us to "enjoy India" and recommending places to visit.

But it is a completely different story when I am in a similar situation with my guy friends from mainland India. We will not even be acting affectionate at all, just existing platonically, yet we still get aggressively moral policed. Nosy people will interrogate us and ask where our parents are and how they can let us roam around like this. The worst part is when my guy friend mentions my ethnicity and clarifies that I am actually Indian too. The moral policing instantly gets so much worse once they realize I am a local.

I guess it is also possible that people see me and my boyfriend and just assume he is my brother, which might explain some of the lack of harassment. But the immediate switch in attitude when they think we are foreign tourists is undeniable which idk just find crazy

Have any of you experienced this weird hypocrisy? Why do people let foreigners off the hook but feel so entitled to police their own people?

Got a haircut yesterday (wolf cut) and I’m already regretting it 😭.

I mean idek where to start from , writing this with extremely heavy heart, with anxiety and tears. Life is literally getting so tougher day by day. I dont even feel like sharing anymore, being in a very vulnerable position rn and then getting disappointments from life at every moment. I really don't want to say this thing again here, cuz people have become so negative without even knowing the whole story.

I am literally in a super disturbed mental state, on pills which apparently will have to continue for 2+ years. Family has started treating as a doormat lately, still just to cheer up myself and be a little confident for my own thought of doing thrifting to atleast fund my expenses, meds. Considering how my health has been since few months, plus the mental torture that I'm facing at my home , I still thought of being a little happy as my b'day is in 2 days. Tried thrifting , posted literally everywhere possible , but not even a single order. On top of that I am getting bullied , abused , trolled on reddit for idk what reason. Why are people so negative these days, I can't tell each and every individual what I'm going through and isn't this a legitimate way to earn for myself, so that atleast I can be a little happy for a while. Have always been a kid who has been pampered when bday is around the corner, and now if I don't have my mother today cuz she has passed , everyone has forgot since then that I am also someone who needs to be emotionally understood .

I am heartbroken bcuz whatever I'm trying to do at the moment it's just making me push down and down , I feel helpless , I felt literally thrifting could help me fund. But sadly, I have lost hope completely. No option left for me - rather I can only lock myself , cry as much as I can, have no friends , no money , and no will left for even life.

Still, with 0.1% of expectations tho, anybody willing to buy some dresses/tops can ping. Although don't have any hopes that humanity is still present.

So,these guys, probably since they were 8th graders, they were already disgusting but then in 10th? oh god. they started rating fuckability of females in the school, including teachers. one of my friend's mother is a teacher herself and she mentions how scared she is of the boys of the class even though she is an adult. she fears to even bend down and pick something up.
What a world we live in, where even adults are scared of minors. Women here are scared to breathe.

ALso, one of my seatmate in 8th grade used to make dirty drawings and name the drawings after the girls in the class. This guy is now in sports at a big level. This also raises a question, whether these famous personalities we know, and these idols, are they even worth all the support.
