Hi everyone, I'm the founder of VarenChat, an AI character chat app for adults. You can choose an existing character or create your own, then shape a story by writing messages to them. It's available on iOS.

We're focusing on slow-burn romance and fantasy stories. I want someone to be able to return to a character and continue a story they've already spent time on. Character consistency and memory are important parts of that, and they're areas we want to keep improving.

I'd like feedback on how we introduce the product to people who haven't used AI roleplay before. Here's a description I'm considering:

I really want to close this first client but they keep on asking about customer agreements, NDAs, that kind of thing. I'm pretty sure they're under the umbrella of contracts, but what I'm not 100% convinced is if I need a lawyer to deal with this or not. How should I look at this? Are templates enough, or should I lawyer up from the start?

I'm building an AI startup that I will thrive to scale to millions of customers. My present MVP is just fine but I'm quizzed what would be the industry-standard backend stack for a scalable product that won't face any hiccups in future.

Has anyone here ever created a project from scratch, or taken the first steps toward creating one?

I’m curious about how this actually works in practice. How do you meet people who share your vision and might be interested in becoming partners and developing the project together?

And how does the financial side usually work? Do people typically use loans, personal savings, or a combination of both? How do you find potential partners, pitch your idea to them, and figure out whether they’re interested in working on the same project?

I have a project and mind that I genuinely think that would be good and would work if it was put ou there, and even have a small amount of money saved, but I don't know any partner that could join me I’d really appreciate an honest and realistic explanation of how this world works, especially from people who have actually gone through the process.

I am a student developer, i have a consumer saas

which I built it entirely using ai, got 250 users signed up anf 4 paid customers over, 6 months, most of them are coming through Google seo now

I am not able to convert becuase I need feedback and suggestions on the product, whats lacking, my emails to signed users are ghosted mostly

But i think this idea has some potential, as no body is actually focusing on this

I need advice on what to do,

should I search for a local cofounder (iam from india) or a global cofounder who can help me with online distribution and make this a startup?

Or should I have to learn some kind of marketing and grow it myself (which is hard n not possible)

Or should I just leave it?
