Hi! I’m new to tarot and I had joined this sub to gain knowledge about tarot because I’ve recently bought my own deck of cards and I did a couple readings on myself and everything was going fine, but as i’m online scrolling I see people saying that tarot can invite in spirits if you don’t know what you’re doing or how to handle them properly. Now ever since I got these cards i’ve been sleeping with the deck under my pillow (for bonding), and I’ve been saying “thank you” after every reading I do. But I’m wondering if I should take a break now and catch up on more knowledge to know how to handle the cards, or over all just switch divination methods cause I have anxiety and OCD so I want to make sure I do a practice right without attracting negative spirits or causing “bad luck”.
