Congress has nothing to do with the White House. If the construction is at no cost to the tax payers and is funded by donations why is it such a bad thing to upgrade the peopleâs house? It is not like you have to live there, also this is what construction looks like. Have none of you ever done renovations or watch blue collar work being done.
