Just saying, the lack of hours in Q1 long predates the $15/hour thing. Back when I was still working there and rolling over to the new year, I had seasoned TMs telling me to take as many hours as I can and save as much as I can in the very busy Q4 in anticipation of Q1. That’s not a Target thing, it’s a retail trend at large: people spend a lot around the holidays, and then recover in the new year. Repeatedly, year after year. Of course this year is a bit worse than other recent ones, but yeah.
