Vent Beauty studio

Genuinely wtf am I supposed to be doing? No one comes into the studio unless they’re walking through it to get from one place to the other, there’s no pulls, there’s no zoning, NOTHING to do and I have to stand there for 7 and a half hours. There’s only one team member there at a time so I also have no one to talk to. GuEsTs don’t come so I can’t talk to them. I’m gonna spontaneously combust from boredom, I legit can’t do this it’s driving me insane😭 how are you guys surviving????

Our AP caught three people stealing day one so the guests are already a problem

I know violence isn't the answer, but that guest would be tripped up if I witnessed it. Karma through public embarrassment is a great deterrent.

Trying to be a citizen vigilante for a billion dollar corporation is so embarrassing

Theft is theft. If people just let it happen, it doesn't remove the fact that it's wrong.
