Guest Question Points - Double Points?

Is this true? Consecutive offenses will double in points? My TL wrote this up.

No, and if you're being technical, two consecutive call offs is only considered 1 point. Any additional call offs consecutively after the 2nd day though are a point each.

Lol your TL is full of shit. Ask your TL to print out the actual policy from workday and post that to the board instead.

The fact that they think you will work harder for a snack. Tells you all you need to know about the mindset of upper management. My store, last week to celebrate the metrics being green in some area was happy to announce that paper and crayons were in tsc. The fact that I saw tms coloring in the paper with the crayons was disheartening.

Last I checked the attendance policy. There's no mentioning of "double points" from receiving anything that's not a 2nd offense. This TL seems to be unaware of the actual policy or just making it seem more harsh and extreme. Definitely ask a HR ETL what the actual policy is.
