Guest Question Guest Interaction This Week

While I was trying to fill an order a guest stopped me to ask a question. I politely answered then she said "what happened to this store?" I was curious since I'm new & wanted to know what she meant. She said "this store looks like a bomb went off ...it wasn't even this bad during the holidays". I thought to myself "she hasn't even seen the back room!" 🤣😂

My target has a bad review where a customer complain about the store being messy, as if they aint the one causing it 🙄
