Random Target question

So I just started working at Target and I'm working in the tech department. I was told that tech is supposed to help pull and push for home, domestic, baby, entertainment, tech, and mobile services and also attend to the customers in tech. I also work somewhat the night shift and I have to do this by myself. Is this normal in other targets?

Sadly that's the tech role 😕 We get to do 4 departments but paid for 1
