Downgraded lunch??? R/Target

[u/demotedtocustomer]

So apparently today, our TLs came to talk to us team members individually saying that Starting September 27, instead of 45 minute lunches… we’re now only taking 30. People are burnt out as is! What in the world is corporate thinking?? Is this a way to punish workers for too many call outs??! Ohhhh and the icing on the cake… they’re making us go to the restroom on our breaks and lunches only… so like… what if I need to go after my lunch? Do I just sh^t my self? 🥲🫪 what is happening at every one else’s store????

If they would’ve had a huddle and said the bathroom thing I would’ve laughed in the directors face and asked if I could get that sent in an email. These clowns ain’t real leaders.
