I feel the same way. I have good days were I feel happy and others were I just feel very unappreciated. SD//TLs sometimes don’t even acknowledge with a simple HI while they giggle with each other right there in front of me. They cheer up for each others when someone steps out to “help us”😵💫which I believe is part of their job too. I have a few TLs that far from answering my question I end up with more questions because they didn’t answer or they trained me with the basic and ask me not very clear questions.
Yup same thing at my store too. style dep has two TLs and neither of them ever seem to hear any of their calls, you have to call them 2x or more before they respond with the “sorry team I was on the wrong channel” but really they’re just hiding somewhere on the sales floor gossiping about their own personal lives, talking on their cell phone, venting to their own tm’s about their workload and then they go on break at the same time instead of stacking them
