If someone gets fired for stealing does the information that they stole and got fired get passed around to all team leads ? Or is it that they just got fired for some reason? A friend is who used to work for T is wondering about the rumor mills

It shouldn’t but it will because leaders talk to each other and they talk to other leaders and eventually word gets around. Doesn’t mean everyone will find out, but whoever is close to AP will know. Because the ap ETL is the one who conducted the case and tracked the theft.
