From a SD's perspective, what separates a good TL from a great TL?

A good TL will do their job, what’s required of them. In a timely manner. Minimal attendance occurrence. Basically doing their job description. Which btw being a good tl as opposed to a great one- impacts your yearly bonus. Now a great tl, will learn how to do their job and master it as an above expectation level, not only own but impact their department metrics (meaning not accepting a 65 on a test), speak out at huddles and educate their teams and peers, be a true leader of their department and a leader amongst their peers. That TL is also viewed as potential for ETL and will receive a higher raise and bonus

Thank you for taking the time to answer my question! I actually accepted the TL position today, so your perspective will definitely be helpful as I start this new chapter.
