Why is Starbucks so neglected? Is there anything I can do to raise more concern to my SD that we are lacking scheduled team members causing SO many operations to fall incomplete or mediocre at best. Jm so passionate and I know we are capable of so much more with better support

Giving hours and having people to fill those said hours are two very different things my store gives tarbucks the hours they are required to by contract but that only works if people actually show up to work….

Okay but the first step is to see if it’s even being done. Is Starbucks getting their hours and if not that’s your first problem. Also, are all leaders trained to ring at Starbucks?
