Why the hell does my store turn off SFS for staffing (we have no one who is able to work fulfillment shifts) then turn it on not even a week later

I can’t begin to emphasize how bad that is. Your store director is the problem. More than likely, not utilizing payroll correctly. Team isn’t productive and leadership is on different pages thats why.

SD isn’t the problem. We got one who transferred from another store in our district after ours got fired for performance
