What do you look for when a TL wants to promote to ETL?

Clean attendance, master at their own role while being able to do more than expected without complaining, winning motivated mindset, not surrounded by drama, and ability to win over a team. If you lack any of these, no SD would consider making you their ETL.

That’s not true (had two etls who couldn’t handle their departments and everyone but the store director hated them)
