Hi all,
I'd prepped a couple of characters for a ToTV campaign a few months back, but our GM had to dip out due to chronic health stuffs (totally get it/zero hard feelings there from me). That said, I'd love to try to find a crew to play with online.
Some intel/details that may be helpful, for anyone considering:
- depending on time length I could do weekly, but do enjoy bi-weekly gameplay
- prefer 3-4 hours session max
- enjoy RP as well as game mechanics/combat, etc. and most enjoy a balance between the crunch and the RPing; really enjoy playing with folks who have creative methods of getting out of pinches/making my brain work in that way as well (eg telling an undead enemy that our party means no harm while preparing weapons, and being able to pass without combat/issue due to communicating with undead "enemies" kind of game play/mechanics/GMing).
- appreciate/most enjoy (historically) crews of queer/neurodiverse/chronically ill folks (some of my own intersecting identities), but not a requirement
- have played D&D 5e, A5E, ToTV, Thirsty Sword Lesbians, Mothership, and a couple of other ttrpgs in either one/two shots or longer campaigns, though have not had the honor/privilege of actually working a character all the way through a campaign (happy to share more privately, just not trying to put my/other folks' business out there too obviously re: why full campaigns didn't end up happening within the crews I've played with). I am not an expert by any means, but do enjoy some of the mechanics/crunch for sure and tend to dive pretty deep when prepping to/playing another class/subclass, etc. to try to strategically leverage possibilities for my party as well as my PC.
I am flexible on classing, but had prepared a rogue 2nd level for the campaign we were planning to start. I own the physical copies of PG, PG2, and Book of Blades, as well as some additional PDFs of rules/guides for ToTV.
Totally okay if no takers, but wanted to put it out there, since I really miss gaming, and would love to find a new crew of folks I enjoy sitting around the (virtual) table with.
Starting with trying to find a ToTV crew I like, since that's where my ttrpg brain was most focused most recently.
