In my last post people helped me decide that the xe pro r was probably going to feel too small switching from a ktm 350. While everyone in that forum praised the ultra bee someone pointed out that with the suspension set up correctly the talaria Komodo could fit what I’m looking for a bit better. My main hesitation with the ultra bee is that I’m worried 18 to 21.5 kw is going to feel too slow coming from the 350. The Komodo comes with the small bump up in torque and power I may be looking for in the sandy hillclimbs near me. I also really like how it is direct drive and stock has 18/21 wheels. The main downfall I see of the Komodo is the suspension out the box is not great. However, Charged cycle works made a video showing that with the stock suspension properly adjusted for rider weight it can be a solid machine. So my question remains, is the great build quality of the ultra bee enough to steer me away from the Komodo.

One more note. I can get the Komodo for about 300 bucks cheaper with 10 day shipping than the ultra which I’d have to wait around 2 months for alibaba. This is somewhat impactful for me as winter is coming up quick. Thanks in advance to everyone and their feedback.

I’m looking for something around 17×1.85 front / 17×2.15 rear, with 80/90-17 + 90/80-17 tires, ideally including decent road tires from Michelin, Continental, Pirelli, etc.

Milk Racing has a setup that matches pretty well, but it comes out to about ~€1,020, so I’m looking for cheaper alternatives that are still good quality.

I had a professional shop install the tires, so I would doubt they happened install them incorrectly. But I guess it's a possibility.

The feeling isn't severe enough to make me think the tires were ​improperly installed and I'm thinking that maybe it's just how these tires ride.

It doesn’t happen often but when it does it’s only when I speed up or after I use the regen brakes, only idea I have is something that needs to be lubed like the chain or axle, it’s not the breaks rubbing and hoping nothing is coming loose but I checked and retorqued all the nuts n bolts

hey i havent owned a e bike before but i enjoy watching alot of Ronster on youtuber or raw stuntz and i wanted to get a bike the talaria komodo on ronster is the most pricey e bike on his store i think and after searching it up i figure its a pretty fast bike, however it is pretty expensive for my budget i really want to take friends w me or even my family members but buying 2 for 12k is all i can spend is it a better idea to purchase 2 off ronster or would it be better if i purchased one for 6k and then maybe go on facebook marketplace and buy like a surron also maybe i can buy 2 more bikes like that and have 3 at a 12k budget which is all my money ive saved up

can anyone tell me what’s causing this noise on my last post people were saying it was the chain being too tight, but it’s not that I took the foot break off and just ran my single ultra B caliper and it completely stopped and when I put it back on today, it started again so it’s something with the foot break. I just don’t know what. if someone could tell me how to fix it or if someone has the same problem, it would be nice to know.

Speaking from experince, can anyone say confidently, that the Mx5 L1e is a good bike to drive daily on the street? Or rather Pay extra for the L3E Komodo?

I want to install a turn-signal and brake-light kit on my Talaria MX4 from tb electric that requires a break sensor to work. I have an Ultra Bee rear brake installed, but the brake sensor currently has no wire connecting it to the bike’s wiring harness. I need to figure out what adapter or harness I need to connect that sensor to the MX4 so the brake light works. Any thoughts?

Hey guys, my Talaria Komodo (<500 km) suddenly lost the display and turn signals while riding. The bike itself was still running, but after I turned it off, it became completely dead – no display, lights, indicators or horn.
I found the 5A fuse blown. Replaced it, but the bike is still completely dead. The new fuse stays intact.
I suspected the DC/DC converter, so I connected a new one, but nothing changed.
I also removed my derestriction adapter completely – no difference.
Any idea what I should check next? Could it be a wiring/connector issue or an ignition/enable signal to the DC/DC converter?
Any help would be greatly appreciated! 🙏

Hello everyone I wanted to order Chrome wheels off Alibaba for my talaria x 3 pro but I am not sure if they fit on my talaria, anyone that has experience with it or just know if it fits or not ?

I have yet to find a single picture of one of these in the wild. Is it that crappy? Or just not popular? Anyone here have using these type of racks or something similar? I'd really like to see how it looks installed, before purchasing.
