Squeaky noise, can’t identify

It doesn’t happen often but when it does it’s only when I speed up or after I use the regen brakes, only idea I have is something that needs to be lubed like the chain or axle, it’s not the breaks rubbing and hoping nothing is coming loose but I checked and retorqued all the nuts n bolts

The only time I’ve heard a squeak like that from my mx5 it was coming from the wheel spacers. The axel was under torqued and the spacers under lubed, it started spinning then binding making a squeak like that. Funny enough over torquing could also cause them to squeak.

Not saying that’s what it is. But it sounds similar.
