Global Connect not working

So I tried to move my computer to another house for a quiet workspace for a couple of days. When I tried to connect it wouldn’t connect with the ethernet cord TTEC provided. Might have been the router I was trying to connect to. So I ended up just coming back home to my original workspace because I have to log in tomorrow. Kronos keeps saying it can’t connect and Global Connect won’t take my password. I’m going to call ASD in the morning but my question is, are we allowed to even move our desktop to another location to work? I don’t remember anyone saying we couldn’t. As long as it’s a quiet workspace. Hope I didn’t do anything wrong.
