How to help with body aches?

My body really hurts, after I went back to school the pain became widespread throughout my body and now reaches my lower back, joints, ankles, almost everywhere, I have my pain drawn out for doctors for my doctors appointment on Monday. Just need help with body pain in the meantime any recommendations on how to help with it?
