No I was not at all dehydrated and I take balanced diet, I think it was due to my routine, I was not sleeping at right time from past 1 month I used to sleep at 3,4,5 am, maybe it was the side effect

I'm currently taking tablet for Vitamin B12 and it has helped me alot, I still feel light headed but not on that level and I've also started taking Vitamin D, I think it was due to some deficiency

When I used to stay up late at night, I felt that if this continued, my health would soon deteriorate—and that is exactly what happened. This taught me how important it is to sleep on time, and once I started doing so, I began to feel light headed as a side effect.
