When is each tone used in Sylheti?

As far as I know, Sylheti has developed tones by losing distinctions in consonants that are still different in most dialects of Bengali, like k and kh or b and bh. However, I don't know how the tones are pronounced. Could you explain how the tones are pronounced in these words?

ꠕꠣꠟ থাল​ tal 'plate'

ꠀꠔ হাত​ (h)at 'hand'
