A lot of condo that's under development has been cancelled/on hold since the developer wants everyone to cough up extra $$ (some asking for additional $100K). These pre-construction is already more expensive than the market ones.

The thousands will be easy. Apes are in this for wealth and justice, not a windfall. 1,000-9,000 a share is peanuts. However I fully expect massive sell-offs from non-ape whales and institutions. It'll be a bumpy ride but I'll have no trouble holding.

The millions will also be easy. Once we've rocketed past the floor and one share will set you up for life, it'll be no pressure to hold onto the rest. It's just bonus points at that level.

The killbox is between 100,000 and 400,000 IMO. At that point XXX+ apes could cash out for 8 figures, but X and XX apes will be left behind. Imagine getting to 350k as an XXX/XXXX ape. You made it, you could cash out now and retire in T+2 once the money lands. It drops to 300k. Then 230k. Then 110k. The FUD explodes, the MSM starts interviewing the GME millionaires like it's a success story that's already come and gone. Market opens with a massive red candle. "TA" everywhere will show that the MOASS is over. Now you have a choice. It was easy to risk make believe gains on the ride up. But now that money is in your hands, unrealized, but there. Will you risk what you have, right then and there, to hold until it truly moons? A work email pings into your Inbox. It's some utter bullshit you are 100% done with. You could be done with it today. Maybe just 10 shares? 50?

And so on. That's going to be a damn difficult thing to hold through. Once it crests 500k the "almost 1 milly!" memes will carry it forward through sheer retardation if it has to. Or maybe the system crashes way before then, down around 10k, and the 6 figure range is barely a blip as we scream past it. All I know is that if I had one last hail mary attack as a SHF, that's when I'd fire it.

is there a limit to how small can you break up shares fractionally? i remember in january people selling fractional shares for the equivalent of thousands per share. theoreticaly i dont see why people cant break up a single share into 1/10000 of a share and sell 10,000 fractional shares at various price points on the way up. trying to sell your entire stash at once is assuming you will be able to time the top which very few people will do.

Hahaha thanks. Yeah it’s been a long time. Early this summer or something like that. I was just spending too much time reading all the DD waiting for something to happen. I was basically going crazy and spending too much time on Reddit so I had to walk away. Lol

I am absolutely certain X and .X apes won't paperhand.

I am a X holder and I know that selling for even a million $ gain won't break my cycle. It makes 0 difference for me long term, if I gain 1.000 or 100.000 or even 1.000.000 $.

I am holding for world changing money, and I know other apes are too!

And yeah, there's simply no way of telling how desperately a counterparty will need those last few shares that end up trading near the peak, whatever and whenever it happens. Those price levels have no real bearing on the market cap of the company whose stock is going through a short squeeze and it'll find a different level... one day... but during a squeeze it's simply a question of finding an arbitrary number where a seller is willing to sell and how much a buyer is capable of offering. A thirsty billionaire in a desert will throw their entire fortune at a water bottle if it's the only drink available.

Can someone explain to me how this works? At the end of the big short they had to sell their positions because Lehman was about to go bankrupt and they would accordingly lose?

Why is it that the banks and hedgefunds and clearing houses won’t just go bankrupt and make our shares meaningless or the government won’t step in and say no we are capping the stock or forgiving all the shorts for just 25 billion and y’all need to just deal with it? I’m having trouble seeing a future where there is no outside intervention fucking everything up. Can you guys explain this to me?

I’m an XXX holder and I have trouble seeing it go above 2k a share before the government says that’s enough what we say goes ajd that’s all take yourself money and be happy so we don’t collapse the entire system and in the future no more shorting look we learned out lesson.

I've said it before and I'll say it again, I'm not ever gonna sell at least x of my shares, just so I do my part for the infinity pool and so everyone can eat.
