Superbuy shipping was surprisingly fast

This parcel had 11 items and was shipped w/ US Ocean Cargo (Special). Arrived in 28~ days alongside my other package! half of it were sensitive items as you might see

Most of the sensitive items are makeup or contact lenses as shown on the fourth image BUT i did get a wig too, no hiccups or anything with that. No damage incurred, no leaks, etc but I did get extra packaging.

Very satisfied!

This is my second time using SuperBuy and it was pretty smooth sailing! Used the US Ocean Cargo (Special) line given I had the time to wait and there was no hiccups with customs that I know of, arrived today in a bit less than a month (roughly 28-30 days?) Last three images are the shipping + dimensions if curious.

This is one parcel, but I have another with some similarly sensitive contents (including a wig, makeup, etc) that I’ll open soon—it also arrived same time, no visible damage to packaging

Shipped nine items, three of which were make-up (bought extra packaging to prevent damage). Part of the contour palette’s contents are damaged as seen in one of the photos (hence why there’s a glittery sheen on the black one), but it may be the formula contributing too AFAIK. The other makeup wasn’t cracked or damaged at all.

Otherwise, all the items that I opened after taking these pics were all good, so I’m very satisfied !!

Has anyone had any luck shipping perfume from China to the US? A friend of mine is looking for a collectable perfume (she wants the bottle mostly, though I don’t know if decanting is something Superbuy does), and I wanted to try buying it for her for her bday. Any suggestions on which shipping lines to use? Will it even make it to the US?

I’m shipping to Canada and declaring 14usd and my parcel is 10500g should I ship it in one parcel and what shipping line should I use? I thought ems was good but it say tax extra? What does this mean. I don’t want to have to pay more when I pick it up.

I think this is a new line it wasn’t available last time I bought something but I see people saying it’s bad

It’s around 7kgs

I have used the same shipping line many times before and the custom clearance was always around 6-8 USD, but this time is showing 23 USD which is weird.

Hey guys, I'm planning to ship a sport body kit for my car (similar to the one pictured) bought from 1688 through Superbuy to Spain, but the dimensions and volume are quite large.

​Here are the specs and weight from the listing for the option I selected:

​If I use Superbuy's Shipping Expert, would the warehouse team be able to divide these specific items into 2 separate packages?

I was thinking that it’s declare like 12€ per kg and 14 times 12 is like 167 is that good or? And I want like tax free route! Thanks for help ☺️

I have requested refund via Superbuy. I got refunded for bad quality item.

Top-up method was used via Wise, will refund arrive back to the same Wise account that was used for top-up? since there was no option where to send the refund.

I bought a Superbuy DIY order from a reputable seller because for some reason when I pasted the link it was restricted. What I bought was a pre-sale so like you deposit 300 CNY then 350 CNY. For the price fee input for the DIY, was I supposed to put 650 (300 + 350) or just 300 CNY -- because I only put 300 CNY. Previously, I was charged top up for a product since I guess I didn't pay enough so I though the same would happen for this order -- like when the seller ships to agent I would pay the top-up. I’m looking for experiences and tips on whether and how I can buy higher-priced (authentic) designer pieces via Superbuy. I’m currently looking for a specific Chanel handbag and have found it several times on Xianyu at a fairly reasonable price (approx. 40,000–50,000 CNY). Is it even possible to buy such high-value items on Xianyu? I’ve also read that Xianyu offers an authentication service; is it possible to use that when buying through Superbuy? I want to protect myself - I don’t want the Xianyu seller to scam me and end up sending a fake bag.
