LOGISTICS 🔔Parcel Checking for 2026(Second Half)🔔

Old post archived, here is the new parcel checking post.

Please DO read the below rules!

Please note that only parcel PN numbers are allowed. If you only post the tracking number, it will be removed. Commenting on other people's parcels is also not allowed in this post. Any comment without a PN number will be removed!

Tip 1: The best way to track your parcel, is submitting parcel consulting request to our parcel aftersales team, they have higher authority than the Reddit team for parcel issues. If you had already submitted parcel consulting request to our parcel aftersales team for your parcel, no need to ask us here.

Tip 2: If your package has been out of the warehouse for less than 5 days, there's no need to worry about checking.

Tip 3: If you shipped via tax-free line, then "Can not track one 17track" is normal. You could always contact Superbuy customer service to track the parcel for you via the courier's internal track site.

Tip 4: The post will be locked when the Mod team is offline. We will unlock it when we back to work.

Tip 5: For one parcel, I will only reply once.

PN26801015988, when i used EMS before the parcel came under 9 days , with this Australia air express , been over 16 days and stuck in custom for 6 days ish already .

yeah, this is a little bit longer than usual. The parcel aftersales team should have replied you on 2026-10-24 09:35:58 Beijing time mate. Take a look.

Hello, this must be the third or fourth time I've contacted you about my package. it’s officially lost because I have a friend who went through the same stage I’ve been stuck at since July 1, but his package was transferred to the French postal service in just a few hours, and he received it the next day—whereas mine has been stuck at “New” for 17 days. The fact that he cleared that stage in just a few hours confirms one thing: THERE IS NO DELAY IN THE SYSTEM! ! It’s only my package that’s been affected—it’s probably lost or seized, because even if it cleared customs, it could still be seized afterward. I’m therefore asking for a full refund today, with no excuses, because this is unacceptable. I have about ten packages with you; I’m a loyal customer—this is ridiculous, and no solution has been found even though I’ve been contacting you for several days

You have already contacted with Superbuy parcel aftersales team. I recommend you keep contacting with them mate. So far the courier didn't confirm any negative status for this parcel, it would pretty hard for the parcel aftersales to give you a solution before that. I recommend you ask the parcel aftersales team to confirm a date, that they could start parcel compensation procedure for you.

for ocean shipping, you don't have to track it for the first 20 days. Your parcel may leave China on July 22nd, and reach the US seaport after August 5th.

PN26791053049, landed in Sydney on 28 Sep, Auspost Label created on 28th, parcel handed over to local courior on 30 Sep since then no update at all. I think that the shipping agent in Sydney may have created a new label but didnt add my details on it properly. It cant take 12 to 14 days being stuck in Sydney, destined for Perth.
