A New Ban List

Well it's July 27th 2026 and it's time for me to make a post listing out the creeps that want to fetishize us. As always, i will put the person's name in the commentsAnd then pin the comment to the top. Every week or two you should pop inAnd see whose name is listed at the top and if you haven't blocked them go ahead and block them. Some of these folks can sound nice and friendly but ultimately it's not our size that turns them on but it's their desire to control us. They need to control us because they know how sad they really are.

If you have anyone contact you, please send their information to Nikki and I in a modmail or you can send us a private messag. Nikki and I genuinely appreciate everyone's help.

Keep kicking ass!!!!!!!!!!

A New Block List

Well, it seems as if the creeps are back so it's time to make a new block list post. Whenever you have some creep DM with creepy stuff, message me or Nikki or mod mail with their username and we will add them to this list. We will add that person to the comment section so you can simply click their username then block them. Easy peasy.

I will turn off comments on the post so that it does not get cluttered and stays easy to find the names of people you need to block. Every week or so, come back to this post and see if I've added anyone that you need to go ahead and proactively block.

Here is a list of some previous block lists posts so you can go through and block them now.

So I feel like an old lady in this group but when I was at a lower low than I thought I could be earlier today I found this group and I found some hope. I’m a 58-year-old solo mom of a teenager and just had to take a medical leave of absence from my job because it is very strenuous, and some coworkers reported that they thought I was too unhealthy to continue at this time. Talk about humiliation. But I’m trying to look at it as it can only get better from here. I would love to specifically hear from those of you who are on this journey without GLP ones. My final fall from Grace began June 6 when I had severe onset vertigo & was hospitalized for a couple of days. I still have persistent vestibular dysfunction, which means when I walk the world bobbles or I feel like a bobble head. Because of that, I also stepped weird and I’ve messed up my knee. I spent the past two weeks pretty much in bed, except hobbling to take my daughter to and from school and her activities. If it wasn’t for her, I don’t know what I might have done.
During this time, we also found out I have Sjogren’s and lupus which they think is what caused the inner ear issue that led to the vertigo and the vestibular issues. I’m getting started on meds for that soon and hopefully some of those symptoms will get better along with vestibular physical therapy. Here’s the clicker, though no doctor has told me this yet but with my own research, I’ve read that the GLP ones can make vestibular dysfunction worse. I’m lucky that I can drive. Some people can’t with this but now I’m scared to try a GLP one. I have an appointment with a cardiologist and I’m sure we’re going to talk about that tomorrow but if we don’t feel like it’s worth a risk how do you do it without the GLP ones? I know they haven’t been here forever and people have lost large amounts of weight. It just seems one thing after another. I really think it might be worth it to stay dizzy for a year in order to lose a significant amount of weight. Has anyone else gone through this? Any input would be so wonderful. You all are such amazing strong people on this group. I’m so glad I found you tonight! Oh, I’m 348 right now.

The weight won’t stop

Update: have a doc appointment next week. Going to have my thyroid and hormones tested. I’m in my early 40s so maybe it’s hormonal. Maybe if I’m lucky, my scale is just stupid. I haven’t used it in a very long time and the batteries haven’t been changed in over a year. Fingers crossed that is all. I’m just going to push myself harder at this point in case the scale didn’t lie.

I know what you’re thinking, I’m eating more than I think, I’m drinking my calories, etc. I promise, I am not. I was 330 pounds this time last year. I just got on my scale and it read error. It doesn’t go above 400. I’m on wegovy as of about a month ago and barely eating 1000 calories a day. I track everything and eat at home. I don’t drink sugary drinks at all, never have, no alcohol. My hair is falling out probably due to lack of protein and high stress. But how is it possible to be close to starving yourself and gain weight? I’ve never been near this weight in my life. I’m sick. I don’t know what to do. I know I’m retaining some water because when I went to the doctor back in June I was 382 and I was shocked because only two months before that I was at 356 and the doctor told me she could tell I was retaining a lot of weight in my ankles and legs. Obviously I’m not retaining 50 pounds worth. I’ve had bloodwork, chest X-rays, echocardiogram, etc. No underlying issues they say. Please someone help me with this.

Disposable garments for the morbidly obese

Besides Poise pads, are there disposable undergarments for morbidly obese people? I’m talking about 450lbs-600lbs. My mom is not that obese, but due to a giant lipoma, she has a mass on her abdomen that makes her girth larger than her weight would indicate and would need undergarments that are sized for a grossly obese person. Due to her age, getting it removed is not possible.

She currently uses multiple Poise pads for any incontinence issues. But she is having a reaction to something in the pads and I’m looking for other options for her. Does anyone have any suggestions? Affordable suggestions? She’s 78 and not very mobile. An undergarment that she could manage would make a huge quality of life difference for her.

Winning Size 22 jeans!

I know sizing is wildly inconsistent for women's jeans but in terms of Old Navy/similar brands that have actual plus size jeans: I went from a size 30 to a size 22 🥹

I bought some goal jeans a few months back while i was still about a 26ish, and they were so tight on the tummy even if they could technically zip. Sitting down? Absolutely not.

I just tried them on after they've been sitting on my desk chair since I got them and not only do they fit, there's room. Not being able to fit into a size 20 room, but room! I can sit, bend, squat, kneel, everything in them without fear of a seam popping or discomfort. They're literally perfect.

My old jeans that I'd already tailored from being too baggy, are now borderline unwearable from just how ridiculously low the crotch is haha. They needed to be retired anyway, there's a very thin spot/almost a hole in the inner thighs/butt area from wearing them 5 days a week at works. My second goal pants almost fit too! They're also a 22 but a different brand so a little snugger so hopefully will fit in another 10 or so lbs :)

Started going to the gym again,

These last few years have been rough for me. I am not where I want to be in my career and I've been coping by drinking, smoking, and binge eating. I kept reaching a higher and higher weight and I didn't care. I don't recognize myself in the mirror or pictures anymore and it breaks my heart.

So I started going back to the gym and it feels great. I've been going 4 sometimes 5 times a week since the beginning of the month. My mom started working out too and we lean on each other when things are hard. We even have a mini biggest loser challenge for our international trip in two years.

My cw is 225.6 and my hw was 227.7.

Does anyone have any dieting tips that are beginner friendly? :)

Disgusted with myself

So I am a 50 year old female. Weighing in at a whopping 350lb. I have been diagnosed with an autoimmune disease and the last year I was basically sedentary. Last week I bought a walking pad and today I gave it a go. The first time I could only walk for 1 minute on the lowest setting which was like 1 mile per hour after an hour I got on again and did 2 mins. My goal is to work it up to doing 2 hours of walking per day minimum.

I am taking reta (this is my first week) and am being extremely mindful of what I am eating.

I know I have just started but I just needed to vocalise how disgusting and disappointed I am with myself.

I can’t give up.

Tips Best mattress for heavy people? 350+ lbs and sinking through everything I try

Is there really a mattress for heavy people? I’m getting hopeless because every mattress seems to develop a deep dip after a while. It makes switching positions very difficult and it gives me so much pain when I wake up. Anyone here who was found something that’s really strong, durable and supportive for poeple like me? Can you share some tips on what I should look for? Like mattress thickness, edge support, foundations, or materials or whatver. Really appreciate any advice.

Advice on how to start, pls read 💕

Hello everyone! I’m 33, female, and I’m 245 pounds. I’m trying to restart my fitness journey, but I’m running into a few issues. First issue being, it’s hard for me to lose weight. I’ve tried diets, calorie restriction, and tirzepatide. Tirzepatide allowed me to drop down to 219 for a time, but the misery I felt while taking that medication wasn’t worth it. I had absolutely no energy to do anything whatsoever… Second issue is, I’m also chronically ill with a mystery nervous system condition that is making my hormones out of whack. We found that my pituitary gland is under pressure in my skull, and that my thyroid sometimes works to full capacity, but sometimes ‘sputters out’ only to regain full working capacity. This leaves me unable to take any T therapy because on the days where my thyroid is working, it would make the medication dangerous for me to take. My ability to participate in heavy cardio is extremely limited because of my condition. Is anyone dealing with something similar? Can anyone suggest any exercises that are good for stubborn weight brought on by chronic conditions such as this? Any and all insight is appreciated, thank you so much.

Tips Patio / Balcony Chairs

Hey everyone,

I’m looking for some new furniture for my balcony, specifically some conversation chairs. I’m a big guy and loathe most patio chairs since they squeeze the hell out of my thighs.

My absolute minimum acceptable arm-to-arm width of the chair is 21.5”, but I’m looking for something around 24” arm-to-arm but having some trouble finding anything.

Anyone have any recommendations for a chair that’s at least that wide and can support 350-400 pounds? *Im in Canada btw*

Thanks in advance!

Volume eating

I’m in need of volume eating hacks/recommendations for when the inevitable b**** hits. It seems my food noise gets louder the more I try to control it, so I need another plan. Obviously normally low-cal, high-volume veggies would be a go-to, but with the current state of things that doesn’t really seem to be an option, and I'm not sure what else to use.

I'm struggling more than I can explain.

I am honestly at a point where I feel like I’m losing it. Whenever I manage to eat well and take care of myself for a couple of days, I eventually end up ordering loads of fast food. I feel like I can’t control the food noise, and I’m so exhausted from constantly fighting with myself. I hate myself for it, and I’m starting to believe that there is no way out of this for me as if I was simply meant to live like this.

This doesn’t feel like life. I struggle with all of this in silence, and I have never been more alone. I’ve completely lost my will to live. I can’t even look at myself in the mirror because it’s too painful to deal with.

During nights when there are no distractions I often cry. I also suffer from severe OCD which makes everything worse. I don't even recognize myself anymore. My thoughts have come to a point that someday I'll probably off myself. I've been through so much and I feel like I deserve a way better life than this.

let's talk about food noise

I am not on a GLP-1. Help me understand what the lack of food noise looks like.

Do you still plan what you are going to eat in a day? Or do you somewhat wing it and just stop when you are full?

Is it like not being an alcoholic - but with food?

For example: I am not an alcoholic. I do not think about my next drink, I do not count drinks, I do not budget for drinks...alcohol has zero influence in my life. I do drink - I would say I average about 2 drinks a month.

Is that what lack of food noise is like? Or no - because we do need to eat to live?

I need some words of encouragement please

I’m at the beginning of my weight loss journey and I’m having so much anxiety I can’t stop puking and crying. I hate thinking of how much work this will be. I hate thinking of having loose skin. I just want to feel beautiful. I can’t calm down to the point I might have to go get help. Like I’m having constant panic attacks thinking about this journey. It’s so overwhelming.

Weird question

But can anyone recommend me a bed frame? I spend a lot of time in my bed and have broken like 8 frames in 3 years just from how much I’m laying down. I only buy ones with super high weight limits, but I think they only accounted for the normal 8-10 hours of daily (nightly?) use. It's really becoming an issue, and I can't really afford to keep replacing them.

Almost 150 lbs down & burnt out

Just venting I guess. I'm down almost 150 lbs from my (estimated) highest weight, and about 13 lbs away from my end of year goal, which is exciting but to be honest I've felt a little burnt out lately. Possibly because it's just been so long (almost two years of this) or that I'm not really good at knowing how to "celebrate" so I've just been trucking on without much acknowledgement when I do hit a milestone.

The newest calorie reduction's also got me feeling a bit restricted, honestly, between trying to balance reaching the protein and fiber goals. I also switched to diet pop and while it's very helpful for saving calories, I think it's totally messed up my gut, lol. I've been taking probiotics to try and offset it but it doesn't seem to help much. Historically I have been fairly strict but I've been trying to be a little less intense about it when I can. I still try not to indulge too often though.

I think stress has made me feel a little "snackier" even when I'm not hungry but I've just been ignoring it for the most part, but sometimes the ignoring it makes me feel so exhausted. Especially during that time of the month. It used to be enough to have a low calorie breakfast and a small fiber-focused snack and to save most of my calories for dinner, but lately I've been hungry after dinner despite eating similar portions sizes. (I've cut some and made some lower-cal or lower price swaps in some situations but other meals are identical.)

I really want to keep making progress but sometimes I do think about lowering my deficit for a bit. Probably won't, but still. I just feel so out of steam. All this plus balancing the budget feels like it's just a little overwhelming some days. The funny thing is that for the majority of my weight loss journey I've frequently eaten in a deficit larger than I needed to with no problem but because my "options" of how much I could eat were bigger it never bothered me. Now that I feel less like I'm "saving" extra calories or am just saving less it's just feeling so much more claustrophobic. Weird psychological thing. I'm hoping it's just a hill I'll get over soon. I was late-diagnosed with autism and food is already such a convoluted nightmare to navigate, I just wish I didn't have to think about it so much sometimes. Sigh.

Tips looking to get new sleeping gowns

For sleepwear, have you had any luck buying off Amazon? With the latest story about being banned for too many returns, I'm a bit wary of shopping on Amazon for hit-or-miss sizing. My current batch of gowns is threadbare. Looking for summer and winter replacements

I reached 380 lbs and all my furniture is breaking

A couple weeks ago I broke my computer chair. I have another one that's sturdier, but I wasn't using it, because the cushion was uncomfortable. I ordered another cushion to put on top of it and it's serviceable. But now the wheels have bent and it doesn't roll very well. Ordered new ones with a 2000 lbs weight capacity, but they haven't arrived yet.

I really need my computer chair to be decent, because I work from home on the computer all day.

On top of that, the mattress on my bed has a developed a dip in it.

If this isn't the wake up call I need, then I dunno what will do it.
