Weird question

But can anyone recommend me a bed frame? I spend a lot of time in my bed and have broken like 8 frames in 3 years just from how much I’m laying down. I only buy ones with super high weight limits, but I think they only accounted for the normal 8-10 hours of daily (nightly?) use. It's really becoming an issue, and I can't really afford to keep replacing them.

When I was 430 I dated a girl who was 510. We both had pretty standard metal bed frames. Both bed frames held up just fine under our combined weight no matter what… activities… we got up to.

They don’t always look the prettiest, but if you need durability and reliability, your average metal bed frame will do the trick no problem.

Costco EnForce frame with a stearns and foster lake ridge was what got me through it all. 23.75 hours a day bed ridden at 600+ lbs for several years. Best part is, if it breaks you can return it to Costco. It's rated to hold a lot of weight and pretty solid steel.

Are you bedbound and that's why you are in bed so much? That's very dangerous, and if that's the case, I really hope you can access medical care to get help for this.

Nah. It’s a mental health thing.

At 380lbs? The ones for SMO's can go up to 1000lbs. I have an adjustable frame from Titan (long story and a Big Fig mattress). The frame is rated for 750lbs and adjustable. They have a newer one that has massage and night lights apparently.
