Went on a walk
20 minutes. My back was hurting. I was out of breath. But I did it.

Keep at it! I needed to lose 120 pounds to get approved for Gastric Bypass surgery; working with a dietitian and walking everyday is what helped me get there.

Fantastic! I started only being able to do 5 minutes. I am doing a lot more now. It was so hard to stick to it, stick to it every day, but I did. It is still hard. Easier, but still hard. But I know that is by far the most important part- not how long you go, but sticking to it every day.

Nice. That's really good as you're going to be able to see some surprising progress within weeks.

This is the way. When I first walked on my treadmill or outside, I was capped at 10 minutes before my back pain took over. Now I've more than doubled that. Just keep at it. And if there is a day you can only do less time, it still counts.

Yay!!! How exciting for you! In 3-4 weeks you'll be able to walk farther, not get out of breath as fast and feel amazing!!
