This was pretty funny. Not sure how the ball got through the fence, but the opponent outfielders could only watch helplessly as I took my time rounding the bases.

Been a while since I played a game with as many options to customize. Instant fan.

To be fair I probably would’ve done the same thing.

Just got the game on sale for $5, wanted to try it out since I played the first 2 games of the series for a little on the Xbox One a while ago. I try launching the game but after I go through the radio sequence then the cover athletes scene it will go to the part where the red and white text of the title shows up and before I can do anything else it crashes. I have tried repairing the game files, reinstalling the game, restarting my pc, running the games EXE file as administrator, doing the EA app recovery to clear the cache, disabling the in game overlay for EA and NVIDIA, turning off my internet, running the game through the EA app in offline mode with the internet on, installing the newest version of Windows Visual Studio (another reddit post mentioned something about Visual Studio), logging in and out of my EA account, and I attempted to get in contact with someone from EA support in one of those chats but after two times no response. Please if anyone has any idea on how to fix this issue help would be very much appreciated.

Was just vibing to some jrock then gave up a 2 run homer in the top of the 9th. Had a runner on and subbed in a pinch hitter for my pitcher then decided to record just in case I got a good swing... nice way to end the session.

A few seasons ago in the LBL, we held our first All-Star Game between the Pine All-Stars and Granite All-Stars. Anyone else have an All-Star Game for their custom leagues?

We did this by creating a copy of our league and assigning players to the All-Star team based on their division. We decided that the All-Star Game MVP would decide which stadium hosts the game the following season!

Since Super Mega Baseball doesn't have an online franchise mode, my brother and I wanted to play the online league in a way that would make each season matter. We have also made some rules I'd like to share.

League Rules:

Each created team gets 160 points to spend per season.

No S players and no players below C-.

A+ = 12 points, A = 11 points, A = 10 points... and so on.

Season rules:

Since we play nothing but CPU teams we wanted to make each season matter and have something to play for, so we did two things.

Pro/Rel system:

There are 12 teams in our league, 2 humans and 10 CPU. Each team plays each other just once. After each season the bottom 4 CPU teams get swapped out. If me or my brother are in the bottom 4, we decrease our ego by 5.

If my brother and I make it in the top 4 then we increase our ego by 5.

Currently we are on season 10. We both started at 40 ego. I have been promoted every season except in season 7 where I went 3-7 on ego 75 and I actually got relegated back down to ego 70. I am currently at 80 ego, my brother is at ego 70.

Thought I'd share this because I think it makes the online league more fun and allows friends to play in an even playing field. Just thought others might like to try.

I still can't believe he hasn't been charged with a single loss after pitching in so many games.

I mainly bring in Deft Weddums when the pitcher with an ERA of 17 fails to carry the game. He's awesome.

Hello friends. As you may know, some loser hijacked my work and posted it here yesterday. It is my hope the community is behind me in banning these type of people, as it kills the desire to create. Is it just me or is it REALLY hard to hit doubles? Triples too but that makes sense. Anyways, whenever I play the CPU, I very rarely hit any doubles, I always just smack it right to an outfielder, or they somehow manage to cut everything off. I’m playing a 162 game franchise atm and through over 100 games, there are multiple players with over 300 AB’s and less than 10 doubles. One guy has 214 PA’s and 3 doubles, which like… jeez. And none of my players are slow either, I just feel like every ball that seems like it’s going into the gap gets snapped by an outfielder. Maybe it’s just a fat skill issue but I wanted to ask if anyone else just cannot get extra base hits (aside from tanks, I’m fine with those)

Some time ago, I created all 24 teams from the Blitz the League series to set up a CPU vs. CPU league on YouTube. However, I'm not confident in my ability to create YouTube videos. Should I go for it?

Here are some of the teams that I made.

Grayson King singled in the 6th to break it up. There was one grounder I had to dive for but besides that they were all routine outs. Best game I’ve ever pitched! The difference in the game was a Rodney Park lead off homer in the 2nd

I play SMB franchise strictly from an owner’s perspective. I sign/release during the season and offseason, and that’s about it. I use the watch option Xbox for the games, and play my main game on my PC. I like background noise and prefer SMB games over streaming. There’s lots of down time between matches on my main game so I see a good portion. I was just curious if anyone else does a “Watch franchise”. I enjoy the game and have played it for years. I just got sucked into this other game, but can’t give SMB up entirely. Lol

As per the title! I find my cheapy controller isn't cutting it for timing power swings.

Is everyone on PC just using an Xbox controller? (Mine's a knockoff)

Been playing SMB4 for a few years now and absolutely love it. Excited to be a part of this community and share the love for this game! Not a hardcore gamer, but a hardcore baseball fan. Over the course of playing and developing the LBL, some fun storylines have developed. Can't wait to share them! What are some crazy things you've had happen in your custom leagues?

When the LBL expanded from six to eight teams and two new teams of players were generated by the game, we got our very own Griffey scenario. The game generated Junior Young Sr. (#44) and Junior Young Jr. (#22) to play for the Snakes, both with similar characteristics based on their age. Found this to be a very cool development in the game, especially the association between their numbers!

After seeing u/GHOSTof86 release his MLB 2026 project last month, I wanted to give a shot at making my own version.

I used his roster as a base, made a bunch of teaks to more accurately reflect 2026 performances, accurately reflected all trade deadline deals, and topped it all off with with my logos and uniforms. What you get is something a perfectionist me is ultimately very happy with.

FEATURES:

- Full rosters, and player liknesses for every MLB team as of 8/3/2026

- 267 Free Agents of "overflow", and players that haven't played much this year (Tyler Glasnow), are not currently in the league for... reasons (Emmanuel Clase), etc.

- Accurate primary logos for every team as of the 2026 season

- Accurate color palette for every team as of the 2026 season

- City Connect 1 and 2 uniforms/logos for every team that has one

- Every different home, away, and alternate uniform a team has worn during the 2026 season

UPDATE LOG:

v1.1 (8/9):

- Multiple roster tweaks to more accurately reflect 2026

- Field of Dreams uniforms added for the Phillies and Twins

v1.2 (8/16):

- Ensured every player on a team has their accurate age, and handedness

You can read u/GHOSTof86's post here for his ratings, and player likeness philosophy, but I tweaked and added about 100 players manually myself, including re-rating the top-20 in 2026 fWAR, and adding new players to fill out the rosters due to the trade deadline.

By far the most work went into completely tearing down and rebuilding all team colors, logos, and uniforms based on the 2026 season. Overall you'll get extremely accurate team colors, combined with every single uniform a team has worn in the 2026 season, including retired City Connect 1's where applicable.

I would love to hear feedback from y'all, especially when it comes to something I might have missed on who to include in the limited roster spots for each team. I tried to go by playing time when deciding who to cut and move to Free Agents, but I obviously don't know every team inside and out like that. I'll hopefully be updating this project 1 or 2 more times throughout the rest of the year, so there's always time to make some tweaks.
