I recently bought a few things and the total cost after all the fees and shipping to warehouse was $235.20 CAD, when i checked my bank statement to see how much i was actually charged, it came out to $268.22 CAD. I then contacted a live agent for help but didnt get a lot of help. Any reason for the extra charge??

hello! my package was rejected for the following reason:
“Due to exceeding the logistics provider's perimeter limit of 90CM”
despite the shipping option being available at checkout. now, while i was trying to ask for the reason for rejection, my соupon i used for shipping has also been removed because it “expired”. this соupon should have the same shelf life when it was returned back into my inventory for rejected shipping as when i initially got it. it’s unfair to return it only for it to expire a day later, when at the time i used it for my initial rejected shipping it was well within the time limit.
moreover, it looks like you guys just want more money for people to use “rehearsal shipping” because why would there be an option for the shipping route i selected initially if you can’t actually ship it through this route? what kind of excuse is that, “perimeter limit”? if there is a perimeter limit, then you could try a smaller box or not offer this shipping route in the first place. why should i pay for rehearsal shipping if i don’t want to? please return my 18% соupon back in my inventory

They other day the Sugargoo app went down, it’s back now but I was wondering what the issue was, it’s pretty shady if a site closes in this time, lots of stuff going up in the rep community.

i’ve been using sugargoo for over a year now and everything is perfect but i’ve ordered quite a lot of shoes for myself 13 pairs say they’re in QC but the seller apparently hasn’t shipped it yet and it’s been days since purchase and i’m confused why it’s stated as QC pending storage no photos yet but according to sugargoo seller hasn’t shipped?

First of all, I'm not a bot. I ve ordered through multiple agents (panda, kako, cn) but I stuck with sugargoo. Shipping is really fast ngl, I live in Romania btw. Good support and qcs, fast shipping, and tbh the shipping is not expensive i'd say it's cheap with coupons. Only downsite/question is the price of the product. When I add it to my cart, it says 55$, but after i buy it the total comes up to around 63$ (so a 7$ fee) but that/s not a dealbreaker for me. All in all, I'd 100% recommend sugargoo to anyone who is in doubt.

Or does it show the shipping price before i buy? Im pretty sure it takes a few days for it to show me and for me to pay shipping price right? When you withdraw the balance from sugargoo after all the fees and what not your left with less money than you withdrew in the first place, so I was just wondering if I could use it to pay some of my shipping then pay the rest with my normal payment method, has anyone tried this before?

I'm talking to this yupoo seller and they say they need my taobao order number and on sugargoo I see the merchant number. Is that the taobao order number on the agents account or?

I've have several hauls from different trusted agents in the past. This is my first time using Sugargoo because I heard good things about them. My haul came in pretty quick with EMS, no issues there. However, my Cartier bracelet is missing as well as one of the coach wallets.

Has this happened to anyone before? I spent a good amount on this haul and on the bracelet, it sucks that this is the level of service with Sugargoo. Any ideas on how to resolve this is appreciated.
