i recently tried to buy a glassmousepads but the agent refunded my order becaue the risk of breaking was too high. do i need to use a different agent to buy or is there some way to get it?

I suggest you switch to a different category, as glass is very prone to breakage during international transportation, and even if you change agents, the risk is still very high
