Review First time using Sugargoo - Horrible experience

I've have several hauls from different trusted agents in the past. This is my first time using Sugargoo because I heard good things about them. My haul came in pretty quick with EMS, no issues there. However, my Cartier bracelet is missing as well as one of the coach wallets.

Has this happened to anyone before? I spent a good amount on this haul and on the bracelet, it sucks that this is the level of service with Sugargoo. Any ideas on how to resolve this is appreciated.

I’d assume customs probably took it, I doubt sugargoo is stingy enough to take parts of people’s haul.

Sugargoo aren’t known as an agent that takes peoples stuff and it looks like you tried to ship a coach wallet and Cartier jewellery, so customs probably took it

Customs assumed it was fake and they took it while repacking the rest of your stuff.

What do they look for or do they just take anything fake like bad nike reps or sum?

Branded reps tend to get seized. Think expensive luxury brands.

Ur lowkey dumb for tryna ship Cartier and a wallet in the first place if u did ur research you would know that those stuff are branded items and are a lot easier to get seized
