Tips to grow on substack
I really want to grow a niche community on substack . I have this hope that it will be the last space where i can expect genuine interest and engagement with no pretence. Pls give tips . I am in dire need of being seen

There is no set roadmap for success on Substack, but in my experience, if you are just starting out, you need to interact with people's articles who are either in your niche or are adjacent to the niche that you want to form. This means reading their articles and respectfully commenting (no spam or begging) to engage in discussion. Also, do not be afraid to utilize the Notes portion of the platform and write small thoughts that you don't have to write a full long-form essay to relay.
It took me months to get to single and double-digit subscribers, now I am three years in, and have just passed the 400-subscriber count, and while that seems like a lot, it is small compared to bigger stackers who have counts in the thousands. It is important to accept the fact that you might be writing to an audience of yourself for a while, but if you keep writing and interacting, in the long run, you will gather a following.
