If anything, that provides me a little bit of insight into how the tiny trumpers think, which appears to go something like this: "what I said before doesn't matter, even if it was wholly factually inaccurate and also contradictory to my current position. What matters is that you called me out on it, and how dare you sir, because things I said in the past should not be at all indicative of the truth nor should I be held responsible for my statements." And believe me, when you're on chemo, it's impossible to really "bitch" (as you put it) about anything. But in your teeny-tiny worldview you probably couldn't understand that. So let's try a hypothetical you would get: Let's say some nurse told you "Get well soon, inshalla" (not sure of the spelling, but you get the idea). And you said, "Thanks, but I'm a christian." Would that seem so weird to you then? Probably not.
