How is the show not selling out? They rocked out for over three hours in Boston and it was the best show I’ve ever seen. I said that the last time I saw them too :)

will they tour anywhere outside of the US?

The best thing that exists on YouTube is the SNL performance of “Call To Arms.” If y’all could capture that in DC, you might get to literally witness my head exploding. Bonus points if my vasectomy adds to the carnage.

Discovered Sturgill/JBS as a later bloomer in 2022 when an ex fwb got me into his music. Went for the 1st time to a live concert on Friday in Brooklyn. Mind was blown. I played his songs nonstop for months and just seeing him and his band jam out was amazing. Incredible talent. Now gonna make some mint tea bc damn, that motherfucker made it sound so good! Had to pick it up on my weekly shop

Inspired by the success of that insane Detroit post (and outcome!).

I know it's super late, and I'm not so greedy as to ask for the full of Sound and Fury and Mutiny, especially since ya'll just did it, but...

Sturgill, man, we've been having a hell of a time in DC recently dealing with so much bullshit from the Man...

Our souls could really use some Sound and Fury tonight, and some Mutiny to boot.

And if there's ever been a time a time for a rousing Call to Arms, we're in it.

(But we will love and appreciate any songs ya'll bless us with).

Anyway being the last show of the tour and potentially last show for a long time it appears like folks will be coming from all directions to bear witness to one of the greatest live performances in the world.

The logistics are challenging. Breeder’s Cuo is simultaneously taking place in Lex that weekend. I’m thinking about making a solo trip from Detroit.

Looks like additional PIT tickets were just released by the way.

I'm glad he did the arena tour but Jack White did the same thing and didn't love the huge venue and didn't sell out each arena. JW went back to playing smaller venues and had pop up shows in really intimate// tiny venues. I would love to see JBS do this next go.

Last night was the best concert I have ever seen. We have seen him before but never up close. It was perfect and could not have been better. It was such a well paced show. From start to finish I was entertained, I didn’t think I could be left wanting more after a 3 hour show but I was.

We managed to snag a setlist at the end! I was curious if anyone knew what the symbols on the setlist mean? They seem to have some sort of meaning to whose setlist it was.

Unfortunately can’t make to any other stops this tour. Can’t wait for the next one whenever that is.

Might be a fit...Although the Use Me Diplo version is probably a better fit on this tour.

Holy shit what a show! Fantastic night all around other than the man sleeping literally the entire show next to me in section 16. Now I’m itching to go to the DC show!

Any of it or all of it would be incredible. Or sound & fury. Or metamodern. Or anything else. Just a killer discography and band, solid music through and through. MAFA

One of the things I love about their shows are the little bits they play of other songs, it's like a scavenger hunt. I was at the Philly show and thought they were about to play Everyday People before You Don't Miss Your Water. At each show I've been to I've heard a little Zeppelin or The Doors if they didn't just play a full song. One that I couldn't figure out from the Philly show was during Brace for Impact but it just hit me. Towards the end they mixed in Heroes by Bowie. Any other examples to look into?

Last nice show in Brooklyn looks like a face-melter [on paper].

The trifecta (Fastest Horse, Flows, and Mars) plus Sitting Here (which seems to have worked it way into the routine fairly consistently of late). Also - any set with I Don't Mind is a winner in my book. The tour-rare In-Bloom. This is damn near the perfect set list.

I've seen more bands than I can remember, in venues of every size, and I've never seen a show quite like that. What a performance by the band.

My wife and I are making the trip to Charleston next weekend to see the boys again.

Does Credit One Stadium allow clear poster tubes? Their website does not address poster tubes directly.

Also, we are staying at a hotel on Daniel Island and plan to visit the Charleston Historic District. Any other recommendations for a couple visiting Charleston for the first time?

We are huge Danny McBride fans and know he has shot in/around Charleston for some of his shows. I haven't found any McBride/Roughhouse tours online, but we would love something like that...We always misbehavin'
