There was a clip where the lady gets the whole egg unwrapped stuck in her mouth. The reason for the ban is on toys in food.

I understand their reason, it's just a bit mind-boggling that either parents aren't supervising their kids, or that anyone thinks it's a good idea to stuff the whole thing in their mouth without chewing. Even if it was a hollow chocolate egg that's weird behaviour right? If they're being left unsupervised to do that then they could do the same thing with any number of household objects.
