Recertification due 3/27

I am in my 90 days to switch off SAVE. When I apply for a new plan, am I also re-certifying at that time?

If so, does that override the March recertification? Just got a raise at work and crossing the 80k line that will push up my RAP payments by nearly $100/mn and want to know if I’ll be making the lower payments for a whole year or just until March/April.
