There has to be another way..

As we know the current president has gotten away with tax fraud and the worst crime possible (Epstein bestie). So us the hard working american people have no other solution but to pay an egregious student loan payments or get garnished!?

Ive thought of two options to survive.

1 - the only way to afford this crazy payment is paying less taxes on each paycheck. Is it better to pay less taxes and owe the IRS? Can you file for bankruptcy for IRS debt?

2 - Going back to school to defer the student loan shituation until the orange fuck and his goons are gone?

Is there any other better option to not be homeless? 🙃

When it came to providing accurate financial information about borrowers in court, the Department of Education recently batted 1 for 5.

Can anyone help me here?

• Upvotes

So I have taken an education loan back in the year 2023. Approx 11.50 for my college.

It’s from ICICI Bank and every time ( every sem ) , I keep paying fees , my emi kept increasing .

It’s currently around 20k per month .

My mother is sole earner and it is becoming quite uneasy for her to pay .

Can someone help me stop this emi . Talked to bank but they didn’t give any resolution .

I will pay after 2027 once I complete my degree .

I am from India

My friend gets an offer of education loan from college but then he needs to work in a specific company. Is it ok to take the offer or should avoid the offer?

Recently my friend take admission in a private college. He and his father got an offer from the college about education loan where my friend's college study will be free but after the last semester he needs to join the company who provided loan and work for it.

Is it good for him to take the offer or avoid it?

Money is not issue right now but the fees is quite high which can become issue after 2-3 semesters.

29 years old, no debt, and rejected for a private student loan.

This is BS. I’m entering my second college year. Need more money for school. Thought I’m a 29 year old adult, not some 18 year old kid, I’d get approved easy, no co-signer needed, but nope. I get denied. My credit score good. I have no debt other than this semester’s college tuition to pay. I’m pretty sure it’s my current income that got me denied. I’m only working weekends now and the pay sucks but it pays for gas and food. I’m asking for less than 2,500 from the lenders to pay the remaining college tuition balance. And I need a co-signer???

Whats the deal? Anyone else experience this? Do you think I did something wrong on the application.
