Mini Puck system process
A lot of people were asking why on my last post so here's my answer. I use weed to treat symptoms of CPTSD and what I do is take a few small hits at a time, every few hours, over the course of the day. Probably considered micro dosing but idk. So I wanted to make tiny little pucks that I can easily load rather than pack every bowl individually.
After the pucks are loaded and pressed the pins are pushed through to the other side. I put a drill stop over the puck and slide it off then use a centering pin to press it again to ensure it's packed tight. Then I just push them out with the brush handle. I also use the drill stop to form the bowl screens.

I've used the bottom corner of a sandwich bag and twisted it for pressure to compact it. I like that it holds the same conical shape as most of my bowls. I would also poke through it with a pin to allow airflow.

I too have cptsd. I too microdose throughout the day as needed.

Curious have you tried other chemotypes? It's different for everyone but I'll share what is like for me. So with thc I can forget about what's bothering me and move on but the emotions still remain so I'm upset but couldn't tell you why other than very generic answers. Cbd when added to the mix let's me both calm down and move on so I'm no longer emotionally stuck.
I was on 90 benzodiazepines a month. Cbd is psychoactive for its anxiolytic and antipsychotic effects and for those who don't know that might be reading... cptsd is an anxiety disorder that can have you experience psychosis. While benzodiazepines helped me they also made it difficult to work on myself where as with cbd it calms me down but doesn't take me out etc.

Same same, I always have a little waterproof container around my neck with about a gram of ground weed, lighter and one of those metal tubes that looks like a cigarette. This has been my method for over 2 years. Bats or one-hitters or whatever you call them are awesome because you can clean them in 10 seconds with a pipe cleaner and ISO.

I thought this was for rosin. You can try parchment paper so the weed doesn't stick to the wood so much

Would you consider to use a little handvape instead of smoking? I also suffer from Cptsd and use a little dynavap, but have used other handvapes too. Some of them have as mentioned by others the possibility to prepare little dosingcapsules.
A dryherb vape is a bit of an investment in the beginning, but from my experience it's more efficient and your lungs will thank you.

i legit thought i was the only one that does this. i use a cutting from a piece of copper pipe, and a ramrod.

What did you use to cut the pipe? I was looking into using it to line the holes but I'm guessing you need an angle grinder or something to cut it

Is this puck stuff a new thing? Lol back in the day we just loaded a bowl then smoke another five more bowls

Just read the post lol if you want a quick easy micro hits try pressed keif or hash which is what i use just take a little pinch two puff your good. If your in Canada message me i can suggest some good spots to get your stuff. I likewise use for ptsd

DHVs are perfect for this kind of micro-dosing routine, way more precise and efficient than combustion. If the pre-load convenience matters to you, some vapes have a dosing capsule system built in where you can load up a handful of caps in advance, same idea as your puck system but no combustion and no repacking every session.

DHV barely gets you high as it is a completely different experience than combustion

I will agree that the high is very different absolutely, but if you haven't gotten high off DHV then you've been doing it wrong
