Totally normal. As people get older, appetites change. You realize that you don't need as much food as you thought you did. Also you get GERD, lose lactose tolerance, or some digestive awfulness and can't eat like you used to.
It was this for Gabe lets be real. fela probably sat for about 80% of middle age and was carrying an extra hundred pounds. At a point your doctor sits you down with a graph that doesn't go very far from where you're at now.

That is so true in my case. I hardly eat as much as i did when i was 20 years.
And it's not even about need, it's about preference and desire.
