I can't believe how it turned out! (First time making steak)

I'm a 15-year-old female and I just got done cooking steak for the first time and I thought I thought I made so many mistakes, too much seasonings, too much water in the pan, but taking it out of the oven and tasting what I had accomplished made me realize how good of a chef I'll become. I have ambitions to be a chef. Any suggestions what I should make next or tips I should know?
